ENID OK — Craig Pest Control was started in 1938 by the Craig family in Enid, Oklahoma. The Parkers’ of Parker Pest Control, Inc. bought the business in 1978. Parker has office locations in Enid, Oklahoma City, Tulsa, Ponca City and Wichita, Kansas.

   The decision to make the name change was based on keeping a stream of consistency throughout the Company. The name change occurred on May 1, 2002. Brad Parker of Parker Pest Control, Inc. reports that "We kept the Craig name for so many years because it was well known and had a good reputation, but over the last few years, we have included the Parker name in many of our promotions and felt like a lot of the people in Enid knew that we owned the business."

Parker Pest Control, Inc. has been in business since 1963 and developed several patented processes to eliminate pests that are safer and more effective than conventional methods. All technicians are required to become certified within one year of employment  and undergo intensive initial training and on-going training.
